Interior Architect / Designer (Freelance)

BB Design is growing. We are looking for a freelance interior architect / designer to structurally strengthen our team. Someone who moves effortlessly between concept and execution, and enjoys guiding projects from first sketch to final realization.

You will work on a variety of interior projects — from concept design to technical development and site supervision — in close collaboration with the team and external partners.

As a freelance interior architect / designer, you:

• Develop strong design concepts that translate identity into space.

• Produce technical drawings (plans, details, execution drawings).

• Coordinate and follow up projects during the execution phase.

• Communicate with contractors, suppliers and external partners.

• Contribute to material selections, lighting and bespoke solutions.

• Safeguard design quality and consistency throughout the entire process.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in interior architecture or design.

• Is conceptually strong and technically skilled.

• Works independently while enjoying collaboration within a creative team.

• Has experience with on-site project follow-up.

• Works in a structured and detail-oriented way.

• Communicates clearly with clients and execution partners.

• Is available for a long-term freelance collaboration (3 days per week).
