Sekuur!

For its office in Puurs, Belgian insurance company Sekuur! wanted a distinctive workplace that would make an impression on clients while offering employees a comfortable and inspiring environment. Starting from an empty 85 m² new-build shell, BB Design developed and delivered the complete office fit-out. The result combines warm natural materials with a contemporary aesthetic and subtle references to the Sekuur! brand identity — all realised within a particularly tight project timeline.

Bringing the Sekuur! identity into the interior

Natural wood, black detailing and grey flooring create a refined and timeless foundation throughout the office. Against this neutral palette, carefully placed blue and orange accents connect the interior to the Sekuur! visual identity: blue appears in the pendant acoustic lighting, while orange meeting chairs introduce a warmer contrast. Large glass partitions maintain an open character while organising the workplace into clearly defined zones.

From empty shell to complete office

BB Design approached the project as a full-service office design and build, managing everything from the initial design and plans to custom furniture, lighting, electricity, plumbing, sanitary facilities, partitions and doors. Starting with a completely empty space made careful technical planning essential. One overall schedule coordinated BB Design’s own specialists with subcontractors appointed directly by the client, allowing every discipline to come together efficiently within the short timeframe.

An office that opens new doors

The design proposal immediately resonated with Sekuur! and was approved without any requested changes. Since completion, the new office has received enthusiastic feedback from both colleagues and visiting businesses. The strongest endorsement followed soon after: Sekuur! invited BB Design to redesign its Vilvoorde office, while other companies requested BB Design’s contact details after seeing the finished space.
